In partnership with Out N About, we developed an omni-channel inventory management system to streamline e-commerce operations such as inventory, orders, customer relations, and shipping. Designed with a user-centric approach and modular architecture, it offers customization to meet specific client needs, distinguishing itself from other systems with cluttered interfaces and poor functionality-to-cost ratios. Our platform addresses the challenge of providing a rich feature set without sacrificing user experience, supporting both B2B and B2C operations without unnecessary feature overlap, and maintaining scalability and adaptability in the rapidly evolving e-commerce sector.

The development journey prioritized designing an intuitive, responsive interface using Figma, ensuring seamless administrative and customer interactions. We focused on robust API integration, particularly with Shopify, to facilitate efficient data exchange and streamline inventory and order management. This approach aimed at crafting a system that not only meets the immediate needs of our target audience, including administrative users and e-commerce and B2B clients, but also supports future growth and integration possibilities.
